Dear Carey:
I am writing this letter to thank you for the excellent care you provided for our dog "FREDDY" this week. We were in a pinch and needed someone to watch Fred and I remembered hearing about your service.  I brought Fred in and your staff was friendly enough to take the time to familiarize me with your facility. In addition, instead of just throwing Fred "to the dogs", Nicole brought Fred into a warm-up area where he could slowly become accustomed to the other dogs present.

Because of your Doggie-cam feature, my wife and I became addicted to watching Freddy play with his buddies and lemme tell ya, he had a BLAST!! In fact, we had to pull him out of there. Once home, we noticed Fred was clean, dry and without a scratch unusual for a dog that was running around with others all day. In addition, he was plenty tuckered out that night - a sure sign he had plenty of exercise!

Let me again thank you for the excellent care you provided. You could bet that I will send anyone I know with dogs your way! And if any of your perspective clients need a reference, put me on the top of the list please!

I meant to send you a note a long time ago.....time has gotten away from me. We just wanted to thank you for taking such good care of Duke on his visits.....he has a great time at Dog Day Getaway!!

And thank you for sending the great pictures from Duke's first visit.
Those are great & we appreciate you sending them to us.

I think we might have Duke come for a visit once a week starting in the near future. Just when we are gone at work....so he has some friends to play with. We'll contact you soon.

Dear Dog Day Getaway Staff,
I wanted to take a minute to show my appreciation to everyone. Your whole staff has gone above and beyond all my expectations I could have had for a day-care for my babies. From the moment I inquired about a tour to meet your staff and check out the facilities, to being extremely accommodating to scheduling and special requests we had, you have all made me feel comfortable leaving my babies, which is extremely difficult to do, after having quite the opposite experience somewhere else.

Madison has been more focused and better behaved as her energy is now channeled at daycare (swimming mostly, I hear that is her favorite). She is excited to go everyday we turn the corner; she knows just where she is. We have had no separation anxiety at drop off, as we had in the past (as now she loves the staff and her new friends so much, she often forgets to say good-bye to her mom and dad). This pleases us as we know she is well cared for and loved, as well as we GREATLY enjoy the quiet time she gives us from being tired from playing all day. I have recommended Dog Day Getaway to ALL my acquaintances with canine babies, I am extremely excited for Madison's elder (Renegade) to start attending also. His start date is still unknown????
